Established in 2013 by chefs Brandon Uresky and Jessica Ledeboer. Long time friends that felt there was a need for a quality butcher shop in Truckee.
Brandon Uresky - Graduate of Oregon Culinary Institute and Executive Chef with over 20 years experience in the food industry. Brandon grew up in Connecticut and one of his first jobs was at a butcher shop as a teen. Brandon now continues as the Executive Chef of MVM and Head Butcher.
Jessica Ledeboer – Graduate of the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu School and over 15 years in the food industry. Jess grew up in the Bay Area and always had a passion for cooking from a young age. She worked in the ski industry for a long time before heading to culinary school and finding her interest in butchery and sausage making. Jess now manages the overall operations of the business but will pop in a couple times a week. Say hi if you catch her there!
